NORTH PACIFIC. PHILIPPINES. DISTRESS SIGNALS RECEIVED ON 406 MHZ AT 011003Z MAR IN: A. 22-08-52N 151-05-20E. B. 15-09-32N 120-33-39E. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO JAPAN COAST GUARD.
