SOUTH CHINA SEA. 1. CABLE LAYING OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL 20 MAR BY CABLESHIP DEPENDABLE ALONG TRACKLINE BETWEEN 11-57.41N 113-38.68E AND 14-09.28N 116-30.63E. WIDE BERTH REQUESTED. 2. CANCEL HYDROPAC 519/13(91). 3. CANCEL THIS MSG 21 MAR 13.
