1. EIGHT PIRATES ARMED WITH KNIVES BOARDED A
   TANKER UNDERWAY IN 02-44.2N 105-16.3E AT
   071500Z APR. TWO HOSTAGES WERE TAKEN WHILE
   PIRATES STOLE PERSONAL PROPERTY, THEN WERE
   RELEASED AFTER PIRATES ESCAPED.
   CAUTION ADVISED.
