SOUTH CHINA SEA. F/V 98138 QNG, 12 PERSONS ON BOARD, SINKING IN 15-12N 117-46E AT 080400Z MAR. VESSELS IN VICINITY ABLE TO PROVIDE MEDICAL ASSISTANCE REQUESTED TO ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO MRCC VIETNAM.
