PANAMA TO EASTER ISLAND. 30 FOOT S/V ROUGH BOUNDS, ONE PERSON ON BOARD, OVERDUE PANAMA CITY (08-59N 079-31W) TO EASTER ISLAND (27-07S 109-22W).
