SOUTH CHINA SEA. DNC 23. 20 METER F/V YOU SHENG 1, CAPSIZED AND ADRIFT IN VICINITY 20-14.37N 115-45.69E. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO MRCC HONG KONG, PHONE: 852 2233 7999, FAX: 852 2541 7714, E-MAIL: HKMRCC@MARDEP.GOV.HK.
