ONE PERSON ON BOARD, IN 39-38N 162-02E AT 031239Z MAY.
VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT,
ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO JAPAN COAST GUARD.
