   FIVE PERSONS ON BOARD, LAST KNOWN POSITION
   IN 11-30N 087-33E.
B. VESSEL PRAGATHI, GREEN AND WHITE HULL,
   SIX PERSONS ON BOARD, LAST KNOWN POSITION
   IN 10-14N 084-46E.
VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A
SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE.
