PHILIPPINE SEA. DNC 12. DISTRESS SIGNALS RECEIVED ON 406 MHZ AT 162357 MAR IN 22-21N 135-04E. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO JAPAN COAST GUARD, PHONE: 814 5663 4999.
