SOUTH CHINA SEA. DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED ON 406 MHZ FROM M/V OCEAN PREFECT IN 07-08.8N 111-33.8E AT 260531Z MAR. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE.
