PHILIPPINE SEA. DNC 12. DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED ON 406 MHZ IN 12-03N 138-30E AT 150901Z MAR. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO RCC GUAM, PHONE: 671 355 4824, 671 355 4910, FAX: 671 355 4831, E-MAIL: RCCGUAM@USCG.MIL.
