DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED ON 406 MHZ IN 49-50.52N 149-23.59E. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE REPORTS TO JAPAN COAST GUARD.
