EASTERN NORTH PACIFIC. MEXICO. DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED ON 406 MHZ IN 30-54.2N 116-30.5W. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO RCC ALAMEDA, TELEX: 230172343, PHONE: 510 437 3701, E-MAIL: RCCALAMEDA@USCG.MIL.
