NORTH PACIFIC. KIRIBATI. DNC 12. 17 FOOT VESSEL, THREE PERSONS ON BOARD, UNREPORTED TARAWA ATOLL (01-25N 173-02E) TO FISHING GROUNDS VICINITY 01-12N 173-01E.
