   FURTHER NOTICE:
   A. FOREIGN PATIENTS INFECTED BY NOVEL
      CORONAVIRUS, FOREIGNERS WITH
      FINDINGS OF NOVEL CORONAVIRUS.
   B. FOREIGNERS WHO HAVE PASSPORTS
      ISSUED BY HUBEI OR ZHEJIANG CHINA.
   C. FOREIGNERS WHO WERE ON THE CRUISE
      SHIP WESTERDAM DEPARTED FROM HONG
      KONG.
   D. FOREIGNERS WHO HAVE STAYED IN THE
      FOLLOWING COUNTRIES WITHIN 14 DAYS
      BEFORE APPLICATION FOR LANDING IN
      JAPAN: CHINA, KOREA, IRAN, ITALY,
      SAN MARINO, SWITZERLAND, SPAIN
      AND ICELAND.
