SOUTH CHINA SEA. CHINA. DNC 23. CABLE OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE BY CABLESHIP PETER FABER IN AREA BOUND BY 21-41.20N 114-28.10E, 21-41.20N 114-45.40E, 21-38.70N 114-45.40E, 21-38.70N 114-28.10E. WIDE BERTH REQUESTED.
