WESTERN NORTH PACIFIC. JAPAN. NAMPO SHOTO. 1. 19 TON F/V RYOYU MARU DISABLED AND ADRIFT DUE TO ENGINE TROUBLE IN 24-16N 145-23E AT 040900Z APR. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO JAPAN COAST GUARD. 2. CANCEL HYDROPAC 916/13.
