1. DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED ON 243 MHZ IN 23-30N 148-42E AT
   211035Z MAY. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A
   SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO JAPAN COAST GUARD.
2. CANCEL HYDROPAC 939/02(75), AID RESTORED.
3. CANCEL HYDROPAC 942/02(74,75), FALSE ALERT.
