GULF OF PANAMA. PANAMA. S/V KOKOMO 4 DISABLED AND ADRIFT DUE TO ENGINE FAILURE IN 07-52.50N 079-39.80W AT 151400Z JUL. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
