EASTERN NORTH PACIFIC. PANAMA. VESSEL DISABLED IN 06-39.90N 080-39.40W AT 202330Z JUL. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
