KNOWN POSITION IN VICINITY 15-49-00N 078-19-48W.
VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP
LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE.
REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
