EASTERN CARIBBEAN SEA. ANGUILLA. CABLE OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE IN AREA BOUND BY 18-13.20N 063-04.70W, 18-13.60N 063-04.70W, 18-13.60N 063-04.15W, 18-13.20N 063-04.50W. WIDE BERTH REQUESTED.
