NORTH ATLANTIC.
1. SINGLE HANDED ATLANTIC CROSSING IN DRIFTING
   THREE METER BARREL-SHAPED VESSEL, ORANGE HULL,
   IN VICINITY 22-58.50N 043-33.54W AT 140930Z MAR.
   VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP
   LOOKOUT AND GIVE A WIDE BERTH.
2. CANCEL NAVAREA IV 205/19.
