WESTERN NORTH ATLANTIC. DOMINICAN REPUBLIC. CABLE OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE BY CABLESHIP LAYLA IN AREA BOUND BY 20-08.00N 068-01.00W, 20-09.00N 067-54.00W, 20-24.00N 068-02.00W, 20-29.00N 067-57.00W, 20-45.00N 068-19.00W, 20-41.00N 068-23.00W. ONE MILE BERTH REQUESTED.
