1. CABLE LAYING OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL 25 NOV BY M/V MARION C II ALONG TRACKLINE BETWEEN 09-31.9N 075-37.6W AND 09-37.1N 075-56.0W. WIDE BERTH REQUESTED. 2. CANCEL NAVAREA IV 312/99(28). 3. CANCEL THIS MSG 26 NOV.
