WESTERN NORTH ATLANTIC. PARTIALLY SUBMERGED VESSEL ADRIFT IN 35-01.08N 072-42.04W AT 151930Z SEP. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO RCC NORFOLK, PHONE: 757 398 6231, FAX: 757 398 6392, EMAIL: RCCNORFOLK@USCG.MIL.
Reading this warning

- Floating at or just below the surface, so hard to see by eye or radar.
- Adrift
- Loose and moving with wind and current — a vessel, container, buoy, log or anything else no longer secured.
