NORTH ATLANTIC. CABLE OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE BY CABLESHIP LIDA IN AREA BOUND BY 48-03.66N 040-28.60W, 46-09.12N 040-28.60W, 46-09.12N 043-36.38W, 48-03.66N 043-36.38W. WIDE BERTH REQUESTED.
