NORTH ATLANTIC. CABLE OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE BY CABLESHIP LIDA IN AREA BOUND BY 42-47.9N 039-07.1W, 42-50.3N 038-42.4W, 43-07.7N 037-06.9W, 43-17.9N 036-45.2W. TWO MILE BERTH REQUESTED.
