2. SEA ICE LIMIT ALONG TRACKLINES JOINING:
   A. 61-55N 065-55W, 62-25N 064-00W, 64-00N 063-35W,
      65-35N 057-25W, 70-50N 068-00W, 73-30N 067-00W.
   B. 54-05N 082-15W, 55-15N 081-50W, 59-15N 093-40W,
      62-20N 089-35W, 61-25N 084-40W, 61-25N 079-30W,
      62-55N 078-35W, 63-35N 073-55W, 62-25N 070-35W,
