ARCTIC. GEOPHYSICAL OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE BY M/V AKADEMIK FEDOROV TOWING 600 METER LONG CABLE ALONG TRACKLINE JOINING 81-58N 079-20E, 85-42N 100-07E, 86-50N 129-45E, 87-40N 155-04E, 86-02N 163-07W. WIDE BERTH REQUESTED.
