ARCTIC. LAPTEV SEA. SEISMIC SURVEY IN PROGRESS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE BY M/V PROFESSOR RYABINKIN TOWING 6300 METER LONG CABLE ALONG TRACKLINE BETWEEN 76-38N 118-14E AND 74-30N 111-42E. SIX MILE BERTH REQUESTED.
