ARCTIC. BEAUFORT SEA. SEISMIC SURVEY AND CABLE LAYING OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE BY M/V POLAR PRINCE IN AREA BOUND BY 70-22.54N 132-02.43W, 70-48.11N 131-05.12W, 70-07.00N 130-11.00W, 69-56.21N 131-29.30W. FIVE MILE BERTH REQUESTED.
