EASTERN SOUTH ATLANTIC. NAMIBIA. UNDERWATER OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE BY M/V EXPLORER IN AREA BOUND BY 27-27S 015-17E, 27-27S 015-21E, 27-36S 015-27E, 27-35S 015-23E. ONE MILE BERTH REQUESTED.
