EASTERN SOUTH ATLANTIC. NAMIBIA. 1. UNDERWATER OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE BY M/V EXPLORER IN AREA BOUND BY 27-26.7S 015-16.9E, 27-26.7S 015-20.9E, 27-35.7S 015-26.7E, 27-35.3S 015-22.5E. ONE MILE BERTH REQUESTED. 2. CANCEL HYDROLANT 1087/13.
