1. AIRCRAFT UNREPORTED. LAST KNOWN POSITION WITHIN
   TEN MILES OF 03-10.4N 030-28.6W. VESSELS IN VICINITY
   REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF
   POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
