1. AIRCRAFT UNREPORTED. LAST KNOWN POSITION WITHIN
   120 MILES OF 02-00N 030-00W. VESSELS IN VICINITY
   REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF
   POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
