WESTERN CARIBBEAN SEA. HONDURAS. DNC 14. TEN FOOT KAYAK, YELLOW HULL, ONE PERSON ON BOARD, UNREPORTED VICINITY 16-09-29N 086-21-47W. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO RCC MIAMI, PHONE: 305 415 6800, E-MAIL: RCCMIAMI@USCG.MIL.
