BRAZIL-SOUTHEAST COAST.
MAN OVERBOARD VICINITY ILHA BRANCA (21-00S 040-47W).
VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT,
ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
