EASTERN CARIBBEAN SEA. S/V BLUE DOLPHIN, FOUR PERSONS ON BOARD, DISABLED AND ADRIFT DUE TO STEERING FAILURE IN 14-22.0N 061-55.5W AT 270828Z JUN. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE.
