MEDITERRANEAN SEA. STRAIT OF SICILY. NINE METER VESSEL, WHITE AND RED HULL, ONE PERSON ON BOARD, UNREPORTED FROM MARSALA (37-48N 012-26E). VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE.
