WESTERN MEDITERRANEAN SEA. TUNISIA. DNC 08. TWO VESSELS REQUESTING ASSISTANCE IN VICINITY 38-00.00N 009-00.00E. VESSEL, WHITE HULL, 12 PERSONS ON BOARD, VESSEL, BLUE HULL, 14 PERSONS ON BOARD.
