EASTERN SOUTH ATLANTIC. CONGO (BRAZZAVILLE). DNC 01. SURVEY OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE BY M/V SW EMPRESS TOWING 7000 METER LONG CABLES IN AREA BOUND BY 04-47.59S 011-25.92E, 04-40.87S 011-42.65E, 05-07.54S 011-54.83E, 05-19.19S 011-40.40E. SIX MILE BERTH REQUESTED.
