BRAZIL-SOUTH COAST. VESSEL ALBERT DISABLED AND ADRIFT IN 34-04S 052-42W AT 250609Z JUL. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
