WESTERN SOUTH ATLANTIC. DNC 07. F/V MERCEA DISABLED AND ADRIFT IN 34-49.10S 051-45.20W. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
