BRAZIL-SOUTH COAST. 1. F/V SAO FRANCISCO DISABLED AND ADRIFT IN 32-38S 051-48W AT 082130Z JAN. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION. 2. CANCEL HYDROLANT 68/12.
