1. DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED ON 406 MHZ VICINITY 39-56.5S 020-08.3E. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO CAPE TOWN RADIO, TELEX: 95527422, PHONE: 272 1551 0700, FAX: 272 1551 3760. 2. CANCEL HYDROLANT 1898/00.
