1. VESSEL, 35 PERSONS ON BOARD, DISABLED AND
   ADRIFT IN 34-20.20N 018-30.50E. VESSELS IN
   VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT,
   ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO MRCC BREMEN,
   PHONE: 494 2153 6870.

Reading this warning

DNC (Digital Nautical Chart): A reference to one of the regions of NGA's Digital Nautical Chart, used to tell the reader which charts a warning affects.
