EASTERN NORTH ATLANTIC. DNC 08. CABLE OPERATIONS 12 AUG UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE BY CABLESHIP LAYLA IN AREA BOUND BY 47-54.18N 020-08.50W, 47-58.80N 017-33.10W, 47-49.60N 017-33.20W, 47-43.20N 020-06.50W. WIDE BERTH REQUESTED.
