EASTERN MEDITERRANEAN SEA. LIBYA. VESSEL, NUMEROUS PERSONS ON BOARD, REQUESTING ASSISTANCE IN 33-57N 023-32E. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE.
