BAY OF BISCAY. SPAIN TO FRANCE. NINE METER S/V MOEA, WHITE HULL, TWO PERSONS ON BOARD, OVERDUE LA CORUNA (43-22N 008-25W) TO LA ROCHELLE (46-09N 001-09W).
